What we collect

When you book online we collect your name, email address, phone number, the session you have chosen, and the information you give us about medical conditions, injuries or medication. We need this to run your appointment and to treat you safely.

Online bookings and payments are handled by SumUp, which processes your details under its own privacy policy. We use them only to manage your appointment.

How we use it

We use your details only to arrange and deliver your treatment, keep appropriate treatment records and contact you about your appointments. We never sell or share your information for marketing.

Health information is special category data. We process it to provide your treatment, with your consent given when you book, and keep it confidential and secure.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and treatment records for as long as needed to care for you and to meet professional and insurance requirements, then delete them securely.
